WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
At ValleyCade, we create fully customized metal trading cards based on the details you provide. Since these are made-to-order, we have strict policies regarding cancellations and refunds.
Customization Submission Deadline:
- After placing your order, you must submit your customization details (characters, text, etc.) within 7 days.
- If you do not provide the necessary details within this timeframe, we will send reminders via email.
Cancellation Policy:

Within 7 Days (Before Submission of Customization):
If you request a cancellation before submitting customization details within the first 7 days, you will receive a full refund.

After 7 Days (Without Submission of Customization):
If you fail to provide the required details within 7 days and later request a cancellation, you will receive a refund minus a $10 restocking & processing fee.

After Submission of Customization:
Once you have submitted customization details, the order is final, and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.

Non-Refundable Situations
- If your order has already been sent for production.
- If the customization details you provided were incorrect, and production has begun.
- If the product has been delivered.
What if my printed product arrives damaged?
While we do everything possible to prevent this, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement product to be sent to you with expedited shipping. Simply share an image of the damaged item with us so we can address the issue with our service provider.
